Digital Etiquette- is the electronic standards of conduct that has to be used with the process of thinking about others when using digital devices.

Digital Fluency- is the process of understanding the use of technology.In which the more you become digitally fluent the more you understand about digital literacy like making good decisions online.

Digital Health and Welfare- refers to physical and psychological well-being in a digital world.

Digital Law- the electronic responsibility for actions and deeds which is either ethical or unethical.

Digital Rights and Responsibility- are requirements and freedoms extended to everyone in a digital world.

Digital Security and Privacy- is taking the necessary precautions to guarantee electronic digital safety like worms and viruses.

Q.1.2 A digital citizen can build and enhance a social capital by the networks of relationship with the people we surround ourselves with who live and work in a particular society which allows the society to work accordingly and functions effectively.

According to Entrepreneur,(2011) as a digital citizen ,it is important to make use of social networks to share and process information in a workplace,one of the important factors of being a digital citizen are that it could change your life and make you a better person socially

.

A digital citizen knows how to make use of these platforms in a manner that would benefit them corporately.These platforms can help build social capital and create value amongst the social people that are connected.To maintain and improve your social capital, it is vitally important for people to keep in touch with one another because it is easy to lose interest and for your social capital to decrease.The  following is needed for someone to gain and improve their social capital like diversity,sense of belonging,networks,values and the norms as well as the views of life.(Digital Citizenship Module Manual,p 25,2019)
